Shipping & Handling
Shipping Charges; Title; Risk of Loss; Taxes: Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title to Product passes from Butterflyze to you upon shipment from the Butterflyze facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by any carrier selected by you is your responsibility. Loss or damage during shipping by any carrier selected by us will be our responsibility. You must notify Butterflyze within 5 days of the date of your purchase if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide Butterflyze with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Any quoted shipping dates are estimates only.
Delivery Options and Details
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Standard holidays observed include:
May – Memorial Day
July – Independence Day
September – Labor Day
November – Thanksgiving Day
December – Christmas Day
December – New Year’s Eve
Standard shipping is sent with USPS 1st Class Mail or UPS Ground service.
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Standard orders are shipped with USPS 1st Class Mail.
Orders shipped via expedited delivery typically arrives in 3-5 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipment to A.P.O and F.P.O addresses. Expedited service is generally shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
U.S. Overnight – RUSH

Currently, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. Customized or personalized products may take up to 3-5 business days to ship. Business days are Monday – Friday – excluding those falling on holidays.
